For between $35 - $45 you receive a permanent, non-exclusive, non-broadcast license for any song in The Gallery. That means the music is yours forever with the exception of radio and TV broadcasts. You can see the agreement here.

Can I Buy Exclusive Rights to a Song in the Catalog?

Absolutely. You can purchase a permanent exclusive license for any song in The Gallery for $1,200. At that point the song will be permanently removed from our site and will be yours forever. However, be aware that other companies may already own a non-exclusive license for that particular piece. If that's the case, you may consider having The Soundtrack Arcade do custom work for you.

If The Soundtrack Arcade Creates a Custom Song For Me, Will Others Be Able to Use It?

No. You will own sole licensing rights for that song and it will never even go on our website.

Does My License Cover TV And Radio Usage?

Can I Share The Songs I Buy?

No. The Soundtrack Arcade catalog is copyrighted and your license only extends to the purchasers use.

Yes. Once you’ve completed your credit card transaction you will be sent to a download page where you can download your 16-bit, 44kHz WAV files as a ZIP file.

What Does It Cost To License A Song from The Gallery?

The cost for one song is either $35 - $45. We also offer our ReMixKit for an extra $19.

What is a ReMixKit?

A ReMixKit is an extra feature that you will have the option to buy when purchasing any of our songs. A select number of songs that we compose at The Soundtrack Arcade is remixed in two different ways (in addition to the original version) to offer our clients variation within their website, movie, or slideshow. Upon purchasing the ReMixKit you have the ability to have three variations of the one song purchased.

Do You Offer Refunds?

No. We don’t offer refunds once you’ve chosen to download a song. Every song is available for preview in the gallery. If you’d like to take a sample to a client please contact us.
