By purchasing music from The Soundtrack Arcade, you are agreeing by the following set of rules and restrictions:

1) When you purchase this product from The Soundtrack Arcade, the songs are licensed, (not sold to you by The Soundtrack Arcade) for commercial use in film, web, and multimedia. Download of any song or ReMixKit constitutes a limited license to use that music in a non-broadcast context ONLY. Licenses for radio and television use are sold separately.

2) The royalty-free songs downloaded may be used in any non-broadcast project, without restrictions on usage. Once you purchased the music, you can use them at your discretion for as long as you like with no recurring payments.

3) The music you download from The Soundtrack Arcade may not be resold or given to a third party, nor can this license be transferred to another company. Reproduction or duplication of The Soundtrack Arcade’s royalty free music CDs for the purposes of giving, trading, lending, renting, reissue, redistribution or resale, is strictly prohibited without the written consent of The Soundtrack Arcade. This license is granted for a single user only. (In other words, it's just like a standard software license, you cannot manufacture or copy this product and sell it, lend it or give it away, etc.)

4) You may produce and sell a product that contains music from The Soundtrack Arcade gallery without any additional licensing fees providing the end user of your product is restricted from obtaining direct access to the music for personal use. For example, you can mass produce and market a CD-ROM which incorporates our music in its soundtrack, but you cannot make available or bundle a copy of our songs with your CD-ROM for your customers to edit, copy, or use as they wish..

5) Any lending, copying or redistribution for profit or competitive/similar product [i.e. music libraries or sample CDs] is strictly prohibited and will be considered a violation of copyright laws. Violators will be prosecuted.

Please use the following crediting guidelines on any production that utilizes material from The Soundtrack Arcade gallery

Credits will be given to The Soundtrack Arcade when any other credits appear and where deemed suitable - i.e. "Music by The Soundtrack Arcade". For some non-broadcast situations, we realize that crediting is not always possible. While it is not required, to credit The Soundtrack Arcade when using it’s music, we ask that you do if the space is ample.
